Making Purchases from CDL using a Purchase Order

CDL is committed to working with schools and school districts and welcomes their use of purchase orders for securing CDL's products and services.

If you wish to use a purchase order, please fax the purchase order to CDL at (504) 840-9968 or email a pdf file of the purchase order to learn@cdl.org with the following information:

• Product name
• Price
• Quantity
• Ship to address
• Bill to address
• Contact name, phone number, and fax number
• Special shipping and handling requirements

For your reference, CDL's Federal Identification number is 72- 1221356.

Upon receipt of your purchase order, item(s) will be processed and shipped via UPS ground, unless otherwise requested. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated, added to the order amount, faxed back to you for your records and billed with your invoice.
