Relationship Between Levels of Impact and Components of the Staff Development Training Model
The first component of training is Presentation of Theory and Practice. Its ranking in the three levels of impact is: 85% Concept Understanding, Skill Attainment 15% and Application of Innovative Problem Solving 5-10%.
The second component of training is Modeling. Its ranking in the three levels of impact is: 85% Concept Understanding, Skill Attainment 18% and Application of Innovative Problem Solving 5-10%.
The third component of training is Practice and Low-Risk Feedback. Its ranking in the three levels of impact is: 85% Concept Understanding, Skill Attainment 80% and Application of Innovative Problem Solving 10-15%.
The fourth component of training is Coaching/Study Teams/Peer Visits. Its ranking in the three levels of impact is: 90% Concept Understanding, Skill Attainment 90% and Application of Innovative Problem Solving 80-90%.
