 CDL will customize professional learning services to meet the specific needs of a school, school district, or individual educator. We will examine your disaggregated student and teacher data with you, and build professional learning around student and teacher performance. We will continuously evaluate progress and adjust accordingly.
CDL professionals provide one-on-one coaching, modeling in the classroom, e-mentoring, interactive learning sessions and study group facilitation. New knowledge, strategies and tactics are introduced through interactive group sessions. The group may consist of all faculty members or a small, specific cluster of teachers. Continuous instructional improvement is guided by classroom observations with constructive feedback, coaching and mentoring, study groups and lesson modeling in classrooms.
The combination of large and small group sessions and follow-up coaching and mentoring is ideal for deepening knowledge and ensuring that new skills are applied effectively.
