All CDL initiatives are founded on scientific, evidence-based research and comply with the National Staff Development Council's Standards of Staff Development. The State of Public Education in New Orleans featured the key role of CDL's initiative in 2007 and 2008.
The following are examples of CDL professional development initiatives
and may be utilized at different times and intensities based
on each individual school's needs.
