Educating the Educators through Professional Guidance and Informed Solutions

CDL is directed by a volunteer Board of Trustees comprised of business, education, and civic leaders from around the city and country who share in our passion for ensuring that every child, no matter their background or level of learning, has an equal opportunity for a quality education.
We have spent more than two decades developing an international network of education professionals and collaborating with the world’s best minds to draft CDL’s programs. With their help, we’ve crafted initiatives using research-based best practices that deliver increased student achievement. Our Board of Trustees, Professional Advisory Board, Community Advisory Board and professional staff provide CDL with sound leadership and valuable resources.
