Holly Harris is an early childhood specialist at CDL. Through her experience as a coach, mentor and trainer, she is able to support early childhood teachers as they work through the CDA process and commit to providing high-quality experiences to all children.
A native of Loveland, Ohio, Holly has more than 25 years of experience in the early care and education field. As a military spouse, she has had the opportunity to live and work in many different places including Germany, Ohio, Illinois, Georgia, Wisconsin, Texas, Florida, Oklahoma and Louisiana. Her roles have included Education Training Specialist for corporate child care, Technical Specialist for a child care resource and referral agency and Training and Curriculum Specialist for Military Child Development Services.
Holly has a B.S. in Pre-Kindergarten Education from Miami University and an M.A. in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University, St Paul. Holly is a PITC trainer (Program for Infant and Toddler Caregiver), a Mississippi State Department of Health approved trainer and a Texas Early Childhood Professional Development approved trainer. She has had the opportunity to present at Local, Regional and National conferences including NAEYC, NACCA, MWAEYC, SECA and TAEYC.
