Attendee FAQs
Pre-Event Questions:
When will I receive access to the Virtual Event Platform?
After you’ve completed the pre-conference registration, you will have full access to the virtual sessions 30 minutes prior to the start of each. Until then, you can browse the Plain Talk platform to view the schedule, exhibit hall, and presenter bios.
Do I need to register for individual sessions?
Yes, you will need to register for each individual session you would like to attend. However, this does not limit you should you want to switch sessions midway through a session block. You will just need to register for the new session before joining the session. Each session has unlimited capacity.
Do you offer a group registration discount?
A group registration discount is not available for this event. The registration price per attendee is $399.
If I registered and can no longer attend, can I receive a refund?
All sales are final. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for this event. However, you will receive recordings of all sessions so you will still be able to enjoy the content after the conference dates.
Can I make a substitution, if I cannot attend?
No substitutions are allowed for this event; however, if you can’t attend LIVE, you will have access to session recordings.
How long will the sessions be available after the event?
All sessions will be available after the event until May 31, 2021.
How can I request a copy of the Center for Development and Learning’s W-9 form?

Will you accept a purchase order?
Yes, we accept purchase orders. Payment must be received in our office no later than Monday, February 1, 2021 to receive access to the conference sessions. The Center for Development and Learning strongly encourages payment via credit card.
Will the Mobile App still be offered?
Yes, to help you take full advantage of Plain Talk, we are pleased to offer PlainTalkNOLA, our official App. There is also a desktop version of the App.
Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
Participants will be provided a certificate of attendance with dates and number of hours after the post-event survey has been completed.
