Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Process
If you cancel after January 8, 2021, no refund will be issued. If your payment is still outstanding, you will still be responsible for full payment of your registration fee(s). No refunds will be issued for no shows.
If you are no longer able to attend the Institute, substitutions may be made in lieu of cancellation. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a request to substitute and we will reply with at request for specific information. Once the substitution is complete, the new registrant will receive a confirmation email.
Registration cancellations must be received in writing via email@example.com on or before January 8, 2021. If payment was made, CDL will process your refund less a $100 processing fee for each registration within four (4) weeks following the Institute. If payment is outstanding when cancellation occurs, you will be invoiced $100 for each registration that was cancelled.
